RESPONDENT PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti to expedite the trial in C.C.No.68 of 2017 within stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court. ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 20.09.2017 and the requisition letter submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti vide the letter in D.No.771/2018 dated 29.05.2018 seeking extensioin of time and on hearing Thiur K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent and this Court made the following order:- By letter, dated 29.05.2018 addressed to the Registrar (General), the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, has requested further time of three months to dispose of the case in C.C.No.68 of 2017.
2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 20.09.2017.
