O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give permission and adequate police protection for conducting Karakattam Dance Programme on 17.04.2018 in the eve of Temple Thiruvizha Festival in front of Arulmigu "Sri.Bhagavathi Amman" Temple belongs to East Thavittupalayam, Kattuputhur, Thottiyam Taluk, and Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a representation on 02.04.2018 with the aforesaid prayer. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed this present writ petition.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation made by the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

5.Considering the above submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 02.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. In the event of granting permission to the petitioner to conduct the festival, the respondent authorities are directed to follow the conditions imposed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 13517 of 2017 dated 24.07.2017.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
