ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.333 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The petitioner is an accused of having committed the offences under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC.

3.The defacto complainant is one Ashok Kumar who is present in person.

He is identified by his counsel and also Thiru.M.Muthuraj, Sub Inspector of Police, Suthamalli Police Station. The complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned prosecution.

4.I am, therefore, of the view that the continuation of the impugned prosecution is not going to serve purpose. In this view of the matter, the impugned FIR stands quashed. This criminal original petition is allowed.
