ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.
2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No. 37 of 2017 of Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Pudukkottai District and that the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, after concluding investigation in Crime No. 37 of 2017, had made ready a final report against the present petitioner. His specific contention is that the first respondent did not harass the petitioner.
3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
