ORDER

The petitioner is shown as A1 in Crime No.12 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police. She was arrested and later granted bail. Since she did not comply with the bail condition, she was rearrested on 23.10.2017. 2.By order dated 28.02.2018, she was granted bail on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-. Since the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition, she filed this petition to modify the said condition.

3.Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to set aside the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Trichy, Trichy District by its order dated 28.02.2018. However taking note of the previous conduct of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to impose an additional condition namely, that the petitioner is directed to produce two Government sureties within a period of two months.

4.In all other aspects, the order dated 28.02.2018, remains unaltered. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered, accordingly. Registry is directed to return the original certified copy of the order of the learned Principal Sessions Court, which was filed with this petition, after substituting the same with a photostat copy.
