This petition has filed by the petitioners to direct the first respondent to not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry. Page No. 1 of 4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the first respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.7 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 85,296(b) and 351(2) of BNS and only for enquiry purpose the petitioners were called for enquiry.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioners is not to harass the petitioners and already the first respondent has registered a case in Crime No.7 of 2025 based on the complaint given by the first respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication.
