The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.08.2021 and conduct enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 18.08.2021 and it is pending for enquiry on the file of the second respondent.
