This petition has been filed seeking permission to conduct Vilakku Pujai, Palkudam, Kavadi Attam and Annathanam on 17.05.2019 and "Ancient Drama - Sri.Valli Thirumanam" in connection with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

temple festival of Sri Vithinikaliamman Temle festival situated at Kalapangudi village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District on 18.05.2019 at about 10.00 p.m., to 5 a.m., 2.Heard the Mr.A.Murali Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction from the police would submit that the peace committee meeting was conducted. In the peace committee meeting the petitioner and the rival group agreed to conduct the festival and other events without any problem. He would further submit that the respondent police has also given permission based upon the resolution taken in the peace committee meeting. 4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is disposed of.
