Arun Jayathram For respondent in both cases : Mr.S.Vinothkumar COMMON ORDER The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in G.O.P.No.8 of 2022 and HMOP.No.268 of 2021 from the file of the Principal District Court, Pudhukkottai and Family Court, Pudukkottai respectively to the file of the Principal District Court, Madurai and the Family Court, Madurai respectively, since she is residing at Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the convenience of wife and also parties in both the cases are same, this Court is inclined to transfer both the cases to the file of the Principal District Court, Madurai to conduct joint trial

4. Accordingly, both the Transfer CMPs are allowed and the G.O.P.No.8 of 2022 and HMOP.No.268 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai and the Family Court, Pudukkottai respectively are withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal District Court, Madurai for joint trial. The Principal District Court, Pudukkottai and the Family Court, Pudukkottai are directed to transmit the papers to the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
