Seeking quashment of the impugned FIR in Crime No.204 of 2023 dated 28.09.2023 on the file of the first respondent police, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No. 204 of 2023 has been completed and final report has also been filed in E-filing No.LTN 20220002001 C202400013 on 12.01.2024 and the same was taken on file on 31.01.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.498 of 2024 and the case is posted on 02.04.2026.
