Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2019 directing the respondents regarding for reinstall the water pipe in front of the petitioner's house, within a stipulated time.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 12.05.2019 and pass orders with regard to reinstallation of the water pipe connection in front of the petitioner's house, within a stipulated time.
2. Mrs. J. Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notices for the respondents.
3. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the stage of admission itself.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the reinstallation of water pipe by the Panchayat in front of his house, for the usage of the people in the locality, would cause hindrance to the petitioner and his family members and in this regard, the petitioner sent a representation dated 12.05.2019 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the 2nd respondent. As there was no response to the same, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.
5. Though this petition has been filed to give a positive direction also to the respondents, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.05.2019.
6. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, which has been agreed by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the interested parties.
7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
