This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records in connection with Cr.No.43 of 2014, on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as against the petitioners. 2.Heard both sides.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that this matter has already been referred as ' mistake of fact' and a report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 01.05.2014. He further submitted that RCs notice No.4/2014 was already sent to the defacto complainant.
