This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.135 of 2013 on the file of the respondent and to file final report before the competent Court expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost completed and that final report is likely to be filed within a period of six weeks.

4. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is allowed and the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.135 of 2013 and to file final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
