ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A3 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 452, 294(B), 307, 435 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.127 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 07.03.2015 due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with the other accused persons said to have attacked the deceased with knife and caused damage to three two wheelers amounting to Rs.1,50,000/-. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner joining with other three accused persons, attacked the de-facto complainant and caused damage to three two wheelers to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/- and major portion of the investigation is over.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 08.03.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tuticorin and on further condition that petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- [Rupees Thirty thousand only] to the credit of Crime No.127 of 2015 and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
