ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the complaint of one Kavitha.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the complaint preferred by the second respondent has been enquired and the same was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
