This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the SubInspector of Police, Ottapidaram Police Station, Thoothukudi District, the second respondent herein to register the Petitioner's complaint dated 09.03.2015 as an FIR within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.On a perusal of the complaint, it is seen that the complaint given by the Petitioner relates to a pathway which is of civil nature and hence the Petitioner has to approach a civil Court for necessary relief. This Court finds no merit in the Petition.
