This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.It appears that the third respondent herein who is the petitioner's wife has given a complaint as against the petitioner. is further stated that no further enquiry is contemplated and that therefore, there is no harassment.
