This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2014 pending on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same as illegal, so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2014 pending on the file of the first respondent has been conducted and the complaint has been closed as Action Dropped. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
