The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct Musical Programme on 21.05.2019 in connection with Bhagavathi Amman and Thekka Malayan Muniyappa Thirukkovil at Meenatchipuram, Ayan Retiyappapu Village, Kumaravaadi Post, Ilankakurichy Via, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District and give adequate police protection in connection with the same.

2.Heard Mr.S.Sekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court in similar such circumstances, has granted the relief by imposing certain conditions and the petitioner is also ready to comply with the conditions as stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instruction, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner is in process and the same will be considered and permission will be granted to conduct the Musical Programme as requested by the petitioner.
