2. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with.

3. The said statement made by the learned Special Government is not controverted by Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the said compliance, having recorded the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
