ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint against the proposed accused persons on the basis of the complaint dated 30.12.2017 given by the petitioner to the respondent and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits during funeral ceremony to his mother, the brothers of the petitioner abused and beaten the petitioner with iron rod. Thereby she sustained injuries and admitted in hospital. Hence, the husband of the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and CSR number was given to the said complaint by the respondent police. Since no action has been taken on the said complaint, the petitioner had filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi and a direction was issued to the respondent to take necessary action in that complaint. not taken any action on the petitioner's complaint. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the direction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, the respondent police registered the F.I.R. on the file of the respondent police. 5.Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
