Minor Swathi Mughil v. Shivamani

These petitions have been filed seeking orders to amend the cause title in CMA (MD) No.936 of 2018 by describing the first petitioner, viz., Swathi Mukil, instead of 'Minor Swathi Mukil', and to declare the second petitioner herein as a major.

2. Heard both both sides and also perused the records.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the matter on 21.04.2026.
