ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 in Crime No.43 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 19.02.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused had arranged the loan to the de-facto complainant and when the amount was repaid in instalments, the accused have not remitted the same with the account of the bank concerned.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and he is in judicial custody for more than 50 days and the occurrence is said to have taken place in the year 2009. He further submitted that the third accused was arrested and released on bail by this Court on 24.03.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5043 of 2015. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on

executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramnad District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
