WMP(MD) No.4412 of 2021 Mandamus to call for the recordes relating to arrest Memo bearing F.No.INV/DGGI/MRU/01/2021-GST dated 17.02.2021 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and also consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to set the petitioner at liberty. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.JAIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ARAVINDAN, Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.RAJARAJAN, Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 3 and 4, the Court made the following order:- The petitioner has been directed to stay at Madurai and appear before the authority daily at 11.00 a.m.

The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court. The said condition is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the authority every Tuesday and Friday at 11.00 a.m. The condition regarding residence at Madurai is relaxed.
