This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records from the 1st respondent police in Crime No.550 of 2014 and quash the same as devoid of merits.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is completed, but yet to file the charge sheet.
