PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent and their officials not to harass the petitioners unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER
According to the petitioners, the petitioners have been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the case has been registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.19 of 2017. The copy of the First Information Report has also been placed before this Court. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners to seek their remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
