ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 I.P.C., in Crime No.165 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

3.During the course of regular patrol check up, A1 to A3 have been arrested by the respondent police. The said arrested persons have implicated that the petitioner herein is the brain behind for the offence. Therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is must for effecting recovery.

4. Taking note of the above said facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
