RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court by its order dated.25.01.2021 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1039 of 2021 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily twice morning at 10.00 a.m. and evening at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1039 of 2021 on 25.01.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed.

CRL MP(MD) No.2188 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.1039 of 2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates till the completion of committal proceedings.
