This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in S.T.C.No.836 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Trichy and quash the same. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that after conducting the trial in S.T.C.No.836 of 2012, the case was ended in acquittal and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
