Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A5, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.40 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 31.03.2015 when the de-facto complainant sitting in the village inn, the petitioners attacked the de-facto complainant with iron rod and soda bottle, due to which, the de-facto complainant sustained injury. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the injured had already been discharged from the hospital. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also considering the fact that the injured had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Peraiyur and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Magistrate concerned daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
