ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioners are senior citizens / parents. They have moved the second respondent seeking relief under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizenship Act, 2007. 3.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent has to be put on notice before passing final order.
