Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.116 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioner along with three other accused in this case assaulted the defacto complainant by using aruval and thereby, caused injuries. On complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioner.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner.

4.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the injured is still in the hospital. 5.Taking note of the fact that the injured is still in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
