Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members by interfering in the civil dispute.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the fourth respondent lodged a complaint with the third respondent against the present petitioner and the same was registered in CSR No.18 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.In the result, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to follow the guidelines issued in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
