COMMON P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to declare the candidature of petitioner as eligible and successful for the post of Gangman in Pursuance of Notification No.1/2019 dated 07.03.2019 issued by the 3rd respondent and direct the 3rd respondent to provide employment to the petitioner.

2. Under the impugned selection list, the respective petitioners' names are not found. The respective petitioners have raised various contentions in the writ petitions questioning the selection of certain persons in the impugned selection list, pursuant to the notification No. 1/2019 dated 07.03.2019 issued by the third respondent. However, the persons, whom the petitioners claim that they were selected illegally by not following the procedure as per the recruitment notification No.1/2019 dated 07.03.2019 have not been made as party respondents in the writ petitions.
3. Admittedly, any order passed in the petitioners' favour in the writ petitions will adversely affect the interest of the selected persons under the impugned selection list. Such being the case, necessarily the petitioners ought to have impleaded the selected persons, pursuant to the notification No.1/2019 dated 07.03.2019 issued by the third respondent as party respondents in the writ petitions.
4. This Court has also granted sufficient opportunity for the petitioners to implead all the necessary parties as party respondents, as 3/6
seen from this Court's order, dated 13.08.2024. Despite the same till date, the petitioners have not filed any impleading application seeking to implead all the necessary parties for effective adjudication of the writ petitions. Therefore, for non-joinder of necessary parties, the writ petitions cannot be entertained by this Court.
5. For the foregoing reasons, the writ petitions are disposed of by granting liberty to the respective petitioners to file appropriate writ petitions after arraying all the necessary parties as party respondents and seek the very same relief that has been sought for in the writ petitions. No costs.
