ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.1709 of 2023, dated 30.01.2023 to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- before the District Revenue Officer, Kanniyakumari and to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil. 1/3

2. Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not able to mobilise the amount imposed by this Court and now, he is ready to deposit the amount. Hence, he prays to grant further time to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- and to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and with a view to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 14.03.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1709 of 2023, dated 30.01.2023.
