Respondent/Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the Condition No.a (i.e directing the petitioners shall report before the Dindigul Town -Noth Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders) and the Condition No.b(i.e. directing the petitioners shall deposit Rs.25,000/- each at the time of furnishing sureties) made in the bail order dated 06.03.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.404 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the Condition No.a (i.e directing the petitioners shall report before the Dindigul Town -Noth Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders) and the condition No.b (i.e. directing the petitioners shall deposit Rs.25,000/- each at the time of furnishing sureties) made in the bail order dated 06.03.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.404 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.02.2018. The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram granted bail to the petitioners on condition that they deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each. Since the petitioners are poor and unable to mobilize the said amount, they are not able to come out on bail.

4.Considering the facts set out in the modification petition, this Court deletes the condition Nos.a and b imposed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
