This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 19.12.2025 passed in WP(MD)No.29657 of 2025. This Court, having note of the fact that the respondent has not complied with the order passed by this Court, issued Statutory Notice on 24.02.2026. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that the respondent has complied with the order dated 19.12.2025 passed by this Court.
