..RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).11432 of 2016 dated 13.07.2016 pending investigation in Crime No.501 of 2016 on the file Inspector of Police, Central Police Station, Tuticorin.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.N.RAJA MOHAMED, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no objection to relax the condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required.
