This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.92 of 2017 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and closed as mistake of fact. 4.In view of the above submission, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to direct the concerned officials to serve a copy of the final report to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum to redress his grievance, if he is so advised.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
