ORDER

The limited prayer sought for is to consider the petitioner's representation for issuance of free house site patta. It is needless to point out that the decision to issue a free house site patta vests entirely with the respondent's discretion and this Court may not be justified in directing them to issue a free house site patta. Nevertheless, a representation made in this regard cannot be kept pending indefinitely.

2. It is brought to my notice that the petitioner has made a

representation on 02.03.2018 and the same is pending for consideration before the first respondent herein. In this circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this writ petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
