ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner entered into a sale agreement with the respondents 4 and 5 and she received the advance. The respondents harassed the petitioner to execute a sale deed without payment of balance sale consideration. The petitioner is ready to return back the advance amount within a period of one month and prayed for a direction not to harass the petitioner.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4299 of 2021 3.On the side of the respondents 1 to 3, it is stated that the respondents 4 and 5 entered into sale agreement with the petitioner. The petitioner received a sum of Rs.24,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Four Lakhs only) as advance. Since the petitioner refused to execute sale deed, the respondents 4 and 5 lodged a complaint and the same was registered in C.S.R.No.84 of 2021 and enquiry is pending. 4.In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondents 1 and 2 are directed not to physically harass the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
