ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused persons encroached the property of the petitioner. When the same was questioned by the petitioner the accused persons https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

abused and threatened the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the third respondent on 16.03.2018. Since no action has been taken by the third respondent, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the enquiry is pending. 5.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

6.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
