ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.29 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 506(ii) and 302 I.P.C. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.02.2015. He has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute, the petitioner had attacked his own brother with spade and caused his death.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the investigation is over and he is in judicial custody for more than 60 days.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that major part of the investigation is over and the respondent is waiting for chemical analysis report to file charge sheet.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the petitioner has been in judicial custody from 28.02.2015, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
