This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to accord necessary permission for "Adal Padal Kalai Nigalchi" which is scheduled to be taken place on 13.04.2018 in connection with the festival occasion of "Sri Arulmigu Sri Muthalamman and Kaliamman Temple" situates at Kulathupatti, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 06.04.2018 to the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting "Adal Padal Kalai Nigalchi" scheduled to be held on 13.04.2018 at "Sri Arulmigu Sri Muthalamman and Kaliamman Temple" situates at Kulathupatti, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the second respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the submission made by both parties, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 12.04.2018. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
