What has been challenged by the petitioners is only a show cause notice issued by the first respondent dated 24.02.2021, asking them to show cause as to why the alleged encroachment shall not be removed. 2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that survey has already been done and what is required to be passed now is only a final order.

3. In such view of the matter, we direct the first respondent to pass appropriate final orders, in accordance with law, after taking note of the reply of the petitioners and in the light of the survey made, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
