ORDER

This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking further period of three months extension for payment of second instalment which fell due on 17.02.2026.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submitted that due to non-payment of the second instalment on 17.02.2026, the shop has again been sealed.

3.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the shop was under lock and key for several days, they were not able to generate the funds. However, the first instalment has been paid as per order of this Court dated 30.01.2026.

4.Considering the above said facts, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders:

a)The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. On payment of the said amount, the lock and seal shall be opened. 2/5

b)The balance amount of Rs.20,00,000/- shall be paid on or before 16.03.2026. In case of default, the Corporation is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

5.This writ miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the above said observations.
