This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.147 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that final report has already been filed and that he will be in a position to give a copy of the final report to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is further stated that it is yet to be taken on file.
