ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) and 506(ii) and IPC and Sections 3(1)(d) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.94 of 2013, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the lear Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other students assembled in the College and pelted stones, causing damages to the auditorium and the car of the college Principal amounting to Rs.3,00,000/-.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is no specific overtact alleged against the petitioners and the other accused have been arrested and released on bail and some of the accused were also granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

5. The learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the petitioners have committed serious offence and they are not entitled to anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the fact, I am of the view that the petitioners are not entitled to anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed.
