PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3, to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.01.2020 and to appoint the petitioner to the post of Sub-Inspector of Police(Taluk), 2019 duly granting relaxation in the selection process, relaxing Rule 3(d)(iii) of the Special Rules, under the powers in Rule 39 of the Special Rules for Tamil Nadu Police Subordinate Service and as ordered in similar cases in G.O.Ms.No.986 Home (Police III) Department, dated 02.05.1988 and grant all the service and monetary benefits.
