ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent. 2.The petitioner is a resident of Meenakshi Garden in Appanthirupathi. All that the petitioner wants is that thar road has to be laid in the petitioner's street. The petitioner had given representation dated 09.01.2024. Since it was not acted upon, the present writ petition came to be filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent submitted that a proposal has been submitted under NABARD scheme. The first respondent is the authority. It is stated that the road will be laid in the next financial year (2025 - 2026). 4.Recording the stand of the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
